NoirLife Exchange Policy

At NoirLife, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including when you need to exchange a product. Our exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-focused to ensure a hassle-free process.

1. Exchange Period

You can exchange any product purchased from NoirLife within 90 days of the delivery date. This allows you ample time to inspect the item and determine whether it meets your expectations.

2. Condition of Items for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item should be in its original, undamaged state, with no signs of wear, alterations, or damage. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
  • Original Packaging: Whenever possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying tags, labels, manuals, or accessories.

Products that show signs of use or damage that affect their resale value may not qualify for an exchange.

3. Exchange Process

Before shipping a product for exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@noirlife.co. This step is necessary to:

  • Obtain an Exchange Authorization: Our team will provide an exchange authorization code, which is required to process your request.
  • Receive Instructions: We will offer guidance on how to proceed with the exchange, including packaging recommendations and shipping details.

Failure to contact our team before initiating an exchange may result in processing delays or rejection of your request.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

When exchanging a product, customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product. We aim to minimize these costs and will guide you through the most cost-effective shipping options available.

5. Product Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose to:

  • Wait for the product to become available: If it’s a temporary stock issue, we can hold your request until the item is back in stock.
